Refund & Returns Policy

At Shandong Shenglan Auto Parts Co., Ltd., customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with clear and fair refund & return guidelines.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be in original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Custom-made/OEM products are non-refundable unless defective.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery.
  • Clearance, special-order, or customized products.
  • Electrical and electronic components (unless defective on arrival).

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at cailijiao0309@gmail.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and return address.
  3. Please ensure items are securely packed to avoid damage during return shipping.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective or wrongly shipped items: We will cover the return shipping cost or provide a replacement at no extra charge.
  • For customer’s change of mind or incorrect order: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued after returned items are inspected and confirmed.
  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or wrong products.

6. Replacements & Exchanges

  • If you need a replacement, we can arrange for an exchange after verifying the returned product.
  • For urgent cases, we recommend placing a new order while your return is being processed.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days with photos/videos.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
