1. Shipping Regions

  • We ship globally to Asia, Europe, Africa, North America, South America, and the Middle East.
  • Some regions may have restrictions due to local customs regulations. Please contact us before placing an order if you are unsure.

2. Processing Time

  • In-stock items: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Customized/OEM orders: Production lead time is usually 15–45 business days, depending on the product type and quantity.

3. Shipping Methods

We work with reliable international logistics partners, including:

  • Sea Freight (FCL/LCL) – Cost-effective for bulk orders.
  • Air Freight – Faster delivery for urgent shipments.
  • Express Courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS) – Suitable for small parcels and samples.

Customers may choose the most suitable shipping method according to their needs.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees depend on weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method.
  • For wholesale/B2B orders, we provide CIF, FOB, EXW, or DDP terms upon request.
  • Final shipping costs will be confirmed before order placement.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Sea Freight: 20–60 business days (depending on destination).
  • Air Freight: 7–15 business days.
  • Express Courier: 3–10 business days.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, or unexpected logistics delays.


6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s official website.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by their local authorities.
  • We can provide necessary shipping and customs documents (Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc.) to assist in clearance.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • All shipments are carefully packed and inspected before dispatch.
  • If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with supporting photos/videos. We will assist with claims and reshipment if necessary.
